The University of Nigeria, Nsukka is now accepting applications for the 2021/2022 Change of Degree Program.

Instructions for Changing Degree Programs at UNN
The application should be processed within one month after the start of the next session.
Students who desire to modify their degree program should follow the steps outlined below in the Application process.
The Admissions Office will validate the students’ eligibility for the new Departments and handle the applications of the students whose names appear on the payment schedule. As a result, candidates must provide the following to the Admissions office: a printout of the change of degree application form, a copy of their O/Level results, and a Result Checker (WAEC/NECO Scratch Card(s)).
Only those who have completed the procedure will be enrolled in their new Departments at the conclusion of the time limit. The procedure will not be carried over to another session.
To transfer from one Department to another, a student must have a minimum GPA of 1.00.
For Change of Degree Program, no other method of payment should be provided or collected than that specified in the Application procedure.
How to Fill Out an Application for a Change of Degree
Eligible applicants should go to the University of Nigeria website (unn.edu.ng or unnportal.unn.edu.ng) and log in with their Registration Number to produce and download a payment invoice with a Remita number, which would allow them to pay at any commercial bank.
The candidate is required to submit a fifty thousand naira (N50,000.00) application processing fee with the Payment Invoice. Make sure the invoice number is entered correctly at the bank, and get a confirmation slip with your confirmation number and invoice number.
Visit the University of Nigeria website or portal and log in using your Registration and Invoice numbers to complete the Change of Degree Form online.
