The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation to Federal University Dutse for Medicine and Surgery, similarly as 18 other academic programs within the University’s College of drugs and five Faculties.
The permission was conveyed during a letter dated Pan American Day, 2022 and signed by the chief Secretary, NUC, through the commission’s Director of Accreditation, noting that full accreditation is valid for the subsequent five years.
Accreditation is that theresults of an examination and certification of the human resources and facilities available for the training of highly trained graduates in their particular specialties.
The NUC’s fully certified programs are as follows:
Surgery and Medicine
Banking and Finance Actuarial Science
Taxation in Business Administration
Toxicology and Environmental Management
Microbiology and arithmetic
Economics Information Technology Software Development
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abdulkarim Saho Mohammed, extended his because of the university’s staff and students for this tremendous success and stated that the institution would still improve the quality and quality of its programs.
